This is a very beautiful watch. better for the wide wrist. set the date and time is very easy once you know how to use it. My wife don't want to buy anything like this online but she like it very much.

I bought this watch because it had been reduced from £135 down to £40, I also liked the illustration. It comes well boxed and is well built with a very clear face. It is in fact much more oval than the picture suggests.
I had no trouble setting either the time or the unique day/date system, which I find very interesting and still can't work out how the day changes!
My only quibble is why put a plastic clasp on an otherwise steel watch. That said it is extremely strong.
Add all this to the softest wrist strap I have worn and you have a bargain.

Plus points are the solid, no-nonsense build and the attractive oval face. I like the silicon strap which is extremely wide and comfortable and likely to last much better than a leather strap. Once I set it, the day/date mechanism was fine (though the day change lags a bit). This is a superb buy at the price if you want a big, bold, non-flashy watch. Time keeping as you might expect is very accurate.
On the downside the first one I was sent had a faulty day/date mechanism as per one of the other reviewers. I contacted Amazon who were brilliant sending a replacement straight away - even before I had returned it. Then I just printed out the return label they emailed and returned it and I got credited with the postage.
